Primero, pasar el pollo por caldo.
1/2 de cda sopera de ajo en trozos
1/4 de sal en grano
Una pechuga de pollo
Cebollin
1/2 taza de vegetales mezcla campesina (elotes, chicharos y zanahorias)

Preparar el caldo y dejar reposar por una hora.

1/2 taza de champiñones en trozos
3 rodajas de Lomo Emuchado PArma en julianas
dos dientes de ajo pequeños o uno grande en rodajas
sal
Hojas de lechuga

Calentar una sarten con poco aceite hasta que este bien caliente y se formen ámpulas.
Freir los ajos hasta que tomen un color amarillo pardo.
Vaciar los champiñones y freir hasta que queden bien dorados.
Agregar el lomo y freir todo hasta que el lomo pierda su firmesa.
Rebanar el pollo pasado por caldo en trozos a gusto.
Es importante rebanar el pollo una vez freido todo, si no, no se "pasa" de frito.
Agregar sal al gusto y continuar friendo hasta que el pollo quede de color dorado.

Servir sobre las hojas de lechuga y como guarnición, las verduras del caldo.

El día de hoy, era prioritario escribir.

Y no fueron sino una serie de eventos, no llamaremos desafortunados, simplemente, Diferentes.

Ese choque trajo consigo muchas cosas que cambiarían mi rutina. Cosas, que han hecho de estos dias, unos peculiarmente divertidos.

Sobretodo porque me permití evaluar mi vida desde un punto de vista que creía muerto. Uno de esos muy mio y muy antiguo. Es como si hubiera viajado al pasado y evaluado el futuro de lo que es de mi actualmente.

"Ya haste una limpia. Chocas y te lastimas el pie y para acabarla, ocurren cosas que no deben!"

Lo siento, pero no.

No es mala suerte, para empezar, ni siquiera creo en ella.

Me chocaron, porque iba tarde y la gente es idiota bajo prisas.
Me lastimé el tobillo por intensear e irme corriendo a mi casa en la noche.
Ocurrieron las cosas que ocurrieron porque asi lo quisimos ambos.

Muy pocas cosas de las que hago, ocurren por culpa de otros. Todo es mi culpa.

Si acaso se presentó esta noche una situación incómoda, fue por mi culpa por insistir en salir a tomar el aire.

Soñé.

Tuvo que ver con todo y nada.

Fue tristemente eufórico y felizmente depresivo.

Fue como uno de esos sueños en los que haces algo que libera tu pecho de la opresión, mientras tu corazón está a punto de colapsarse debido al ritmo al que bombea la sangre. Y la sangre arde mientras recorre todos los huecos.

Hace no mucho, tomé todo mi nonsense y lo envolví en peluche para darle vida a una pequeña bestia... y yo creo que me mandó el sueño en venganza por haberlo prestado...

El lugar era perfecto, una caverna de hielo donde no ardía respirar y la piel no dolía...

La luz, igual, azul casi blanca, que palidecía nuestras pieles bañadas de tibia escarcha...

El vaho que despedían nuestras labios era mero requisito...

Y ahí, después de un beso, fui yo el que de forma intempestiva...

Pedí matrimonio.

Confieso que fue estúpido, irreverente y excesivamente impulsivo...

Pero qué anillo!!!
Estaba de no mames!!!

Eran tres piedras, no muy grandes, pero estaban perfectamente engarzadas en los hilos no muy delgados de oro blanco entretejidos en formas orgánicas, con un aire de belleza celta impactante.
Les juro que si veo ese anillo en la vida real... si aguanto las ganas de darme un tiro de la impresión, haré lo que sea por obtenerlo... y ofrecérselo así a la mujer de mi vida...
